The Workday Reporting Specialist will design, develop, and maintain custom and standard Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision‑making across the college. The role collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable reporting solutions and contributes to the ongoing optimization of the Workday platform.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements
Validate report data regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain documentation for reports, calculated fields, and reporting logic
Support future Workday module implementations and system optimization

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
