About this role

The Workday Solution Architect, HR will define and drive HR technology roadmaps and ensure Workday implementations align with organisational objectives to deliver measurable business value. The role partners closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders and oversees solution design, governance and delivery to support ongoing HR transformation. The position reports to the Enterprise Architecture Director and contributes to strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of HR systems.
