Workday Specialist (HCM Consultant) VP at Barclays will lead end-to-end technology development for defined HR value streams, partnering with HR Journey Owners to drive a technology roadmap across Workday, ServiceNow and other supporting platforms. The role reports to the HR CIO with a matrix line into the Global Workday Platform Owner and leads a global pool of resources while supporting the HR Colleague Experience Team's transition to an Agile delivery model.
