Workers Compensation Claim Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing product quality and performance for a team of Workers Compensation claim professionals, providing guidance through continuous management involvement and frequent file reviews. The position involves leading, mentoring, and developing staff while serving as a field representative for the Home Office Workers Compensation product.
