Workers Compensation - Claims Representative

This role involves analyzing and adjudicating Workers Compensation claims for clients across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana to determine appropriate benefits and ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate will negotiate settlements, communicate with claimants and clients, and report to excess carriers while adhering to industry best practices and service expectations. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in the Plano, TX office and two days remote.
