This role serves as the primary point of contact for adjustors and case managers, handling the verification of injury claims and auditing medical records for billing accuracy. The position is responsible for marketing to employers and workers' compensation clinics while ensuring compliance with Texas Workers' Compensation rules and ODG treatment guidelines. The specialist manages the full lifecycle of claims, including authorization, appeals, and accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely payment.
