Workers With Highest Needs Case Manager

This role involves managing a portfolio of complex Workers With Highest Needs (WWHN) claims within NSW legislation, providing timely and empathetic customer-focused service to injured workers and their employers. The position requires overseeing all aspects of workers compensation claims, including liability determinations, entitlement reviews, and facilitating medical case conferences to ensure optimal outcomes. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop person-centric wellbeing plans and drive long-term solution-focused approaches for individual wellbeing.
