Workforce Consultant

The Workforce Consultant supports and implements division goals by coordinating workforce and organizational development initiatives in partnership with People & Equity. This role involves designing and implementing strategies for recruitment, training, change management, and succession planning to enhance employee growth and organizational capability. The position requires providing guidance to people leaders, analyzing workforce data, and leading projects to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
