Workforce Management Leader

This role involves managing workforce requirements and high-volume hiring for the Marcus by Goldman Sachs Delivery team globally, ensuring adequate staffing for customer-focused contact center and fraud operations. The leader will partner with delivery management to develop and execute short and long-term workforce plans, streamline hiring processes, and optimize resource allocation across India, the UK, and the US. The position requires forecasting, project management, and presenting to senior executives to support business growth and operational excellence.
