Workforce Management Sr Analyst

This role is responsible for the daily processing, administration, and application security of Reflexis workforce management systems, including the ATLAS scheduling system and ePAS operations. The position provides system support and troubleshooting for HR, IS, Operations, and other groups, while also coordinating system implementations, upgrades, and user training. It involves data validation, process documentation, and ongoing investigation for system enhancements to support cross-departmental decision-making.
