The Workforce Participation Worker supports participants of The Salvation Army’s J2SI program to achieve education, volunteering, employment and social inclusion goals. This part-time role is based in Frankston, VIC and works closely with Intensive Case Managers and external employment services to improve clients’ economic participation and community connection.
