This role drives the plant's workforce strategy by translating business and production plans into actionable workforce plans, ensuring the right skills and staffing levels are in place to meet operational and financial goals. The position partners with Operations, Finance, and Human Development to manage headcount, labor costs, and workforce analytics while identifying and mitigating staffing risks. It involves leading workforce planning processes, analyzing labor efficiency, and maintaining training compliance to support production stability and continuous improvement.
