The Workforce Planning Manager will own workforce and personnel-cost planning for an assigned business scope, leading planning cycles and reconciling workforce data with financial plans. This role involves collaborating with People, Finance, and business stakeholders to challenge assumptions, drive alignment on headcount and capacity, and translate workforce data into actionable recommendations. The position plays a key role in strengthening planning standards, data quality, and alignment between People and Finance functions.
