Workforce Program Coordinator

The Workforce Program Coordinator manages and coordinates a portfolio of workforce development grants, ensuring day-to-day operations are implemented effectively and in compliance with funder requirements. This role supports progress toward performance, fiscal, and contractual outcomes across multiple funding streams while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The position adapts to shifting funding priorities and may support multiple workforce initiatives concurrently as grants are awarded, expanded, or concluded.
