Workforce Projects Coordinator

The Workforce Projects Coordinator oversees the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial development and planning through execution and completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. The role provides high-level support to the Chief Program Officer, including document preparation, operational support, calendar management, and coordination of business meetings. The incumbent also manages operations for the Workforce Development Department and Family Resource Center, including staff supervision, grant pursuit, and budget monitoring.
