Center For Youth
The Navigator will recruit and assess youth participants, develop individualized academic and employment plans, and provide job‑readiness training and support. The role also involves building employer partnerships, facilitating job placements, and offering post‑placement follow‑up to ensure retention and success.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
