Workforce Scheduler

The Workforce Scheduler is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing agent schedules to meet service level targets across multiple call center programs. The role involves real‑time monitoring, adjusting schedules, managing shrinkage and time‑off requests, and producing reports on staffing and adherence. It requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
