About this role

Airbus Operations GmbH is looking for a Working Student in Inclusion & Diversity to support the department while continuing studies. The role is based at the Hamburg Finkenwerder site, roughly 18 hours per week, starting 01 May 2026 for 12 months with a possible extension. The position offers exposure to Inclusion & Diversity initiatives within a large international company and includes a collectively agreed hourly salary plus benefits such as vacation pay.
