About this role
KLA's Global Products Group (EBeam) is offering an internship/thesis opportunity for students enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's programs to contribute to advanced semiconductor metrology and inspection technologies. The position provides mentorship, access to advanced tools, and the chance to write a Bachelor or Master thesis with the company. A minimum on-site presence of three days per week is required.
