About this role

The Workplace Accommodation Specialist serves as subject matter expert in disability-related workplace accommodations and leads the full interactive process under the ADA, ADAAA, PWFA, applicable state and federal leave laws, and religious or other accommodation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Manage accommodation requests from intake through closure
Facilitate interactive dialogue with employees and leaders
Ensure compliance with ADA/ADAAA and state laws
Partner with HR, Legal, Safety, and IT to implement accommodations
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Social Services, or related field2+ years managing ADA/accommodation or related HR caseworkWorking knowledge of ADA/ADAAA, PWFA, and EEOC guidanceRelevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, CLMS, CPDM
