Workplace Experience Manager

This role provides independent ownership of the local employee, visitor, and client experience within the Jersey office, coordinating multiple workplace experience workstreams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. The position leads hospitality, office standards, workplace communications, events, and the new-starter experience while overseeing third-party service delivery. It also involves managing the local group travel programme, supporting space-planning activities, and building effective stakeholder relationships to enhance the overall workplace environment.
