The Workplace Manager will own workplace experience and site operations for Wolt’s Romanian offices, based in Bucharest with responsibility for satellite sites in Cluj and Timisoara. The role partners with Global Real Estate & Facilities teams to support office relocations, shape workplace programs, and ensure functional, safe, and sustainable office environments. This is a hands-on, customer-focused position reporting to the Regional Workplace Manager and involved in local vendor, budget and team management.
