About this role

The Workplace Services Manager leads employee-facing workplace services and programs across Roblox's San Mateo headquarters and satellite offices, ensuring a welcoming and high-quality experience for employees, guests, and visitors. This role oversees workplace hospitality, reception, employee events, service communications, and everyday amenities while partnering with various internal teams to anticipate needs and resolve service concerns.
