Works Supervisor

BGIS is seeking experienced Works Supervisors to coordinate programmed maintenance, general maintenance, property upgrades, and project works across residential properties in Southeast Regional Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves collaborating with trades, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. The position requires practical trade knowledge and experience supporting residential maintenance or construction works.
