Workshop Controller

The Workshop Controller will lead and mentor a team of 15-20 technicians and apprentices in a busy heavy‑vehicle workshop, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, workflow, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. The role includes hands‑on technical guidance, customer liaison, and driving continuous improvement for productivity and profitability.
