Workshop Manager

The Workshop Manager will lead a rapidly expanding workshop that welds and fabricates pipework and bespoke fabrications, overseeing a team of apprentices and managing fabrication projects from start to finish. The role involves training apprentices, ensuring health and safety compliance, ordering materials, and coordinating with quality and engineering departments.
