The Workshop Performance Specialist facilitates training, assesses training quality across the Service Provider network, supports curriculum development, and drives continuous improvement of the Power of Possible (POP) work readiness training. Reporting to the Senior Workshop Performance Specialist, the role involves training Service Provider staff, analyzing program feedback, and implementing enhancements to the proprietary curriculum. Success is measured through established KPIs focused on curriculum adherence, delivery quality, and program improvement.
