Workstation Support

This customer-oriented role provides direct support for all desktop and endpoint-related issues submitted by the enterprise. The position involves installing and troubleshooting workstation and peripheral hardware and software, as well as providing customer training and workstation security administration. It also includes maintaining documentation to ensure effective support for an assigned customer base.
