Wound Care LVN

The Wound Care Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care to prevent and treat pressure-related skin injuries for all patients. This role provides specialized nursing care for patients with ostomies, wounds, or incontinence, while functioning as a consultant to physicians and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The position also involves coaching team members, providing staff development, and developing wound care policies and procedures.
