About this role

The WW CS Adoption, Intelligence & Value Realization Lead serves as the global Customer Success lead for GreenLake Platform Adoption, customer value realization, and customer intelligence initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership and execution excellence to drive scalable adoption programs, accelerate customer outcomes, and enhance the overall customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The position involves defining strategies, governance frameworks, and continuous evolution of the GreenLake Platform Adoption Framework to help customers accelerate time-to-value and increase platform utilization.
