xEV Program Manager

Leads procurement activities for assigned xEV programs from sourcing through production launch, ensuring purchased material cost, supplier readiness, timing, and supply continuity objectives are met. Acts as the primary interface between the Business Unit and Purchasing Department to ensure successful program execution and achievement of commercial targets. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage program objectives, track issues, and develop recovery plans when cost targets are at risk.
