Xperience Ambassador

The Xperience Ambassador role focuses on creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff at the Utah Mammoth Ice Center and other SEG properties. This position involves working across various ambassador functions, including security screening, safety, ticket taking, and ushering, while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and safety. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and demands a professional demeanor to uphold the company's mission and values.
