Y Concierge

The Y Concierge provides a high-quality, positive, and relational member experience at the Welcome Desk, radiating energy and a genuine desire to build connections with members and program participants. This role involves driving excellent customer service, supporting membership growth and retention strategies, and ensuring the YMCA's mission, vision, and values are lived out by staff and members alike. The position requires collaboration with leadership to maintain excellent communication between membership, programs, and operations.
