Y Head Start Early Learning Coach

The Y Head Start Early Learning Coach supports educational quality and Creative Curriculum implementation across program sites, conducting classroom observations and coaching sessions to improve outcomes for teachers and children. The role collaborates with zone managers, curriculum specialists, and the director of early childhood education to foster the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative development of young participants.
