Yard and Dock Coordinator

The Yard and Dock Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all dock-related activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of trailers in and out of the facility. This hands-on leadership role partners closely with operations, transportation, safety, and customer teams to execute daily dock activities while modeling accountability and operational discipline. The position requires coordinating trailer movements, managing yard flow, and maintaining high observational awareness to identify risks or inefficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
