Yard Management – 1st Shift

The role oversees all yard receiving processes at the Waterloo Pork Plant, ensuring safe and humane livestock handling, accurate counts, and proper identification while coordinating with FSIS inspectors, producers, haulers, and plant operations. The position requires livestock experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to meet physical demands in a fast‑paced environment.
