Yardman

This role involves assembling trains and switching railroad cars in a yard, working closely with the Locomotive Engineer to perform safety inspections and maintenance. The position requires coupling and uncoupling rail cars, operating switches and handbrakes, and communicating effectively to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, physical stamina, and the ability to make quick judgments in an industrial or port environment.
