YBASE Group Leader

The YBASE Group Leader provides leadership, guidance, and supervision for children aged 4-14 in the day-to-day operation of the YBASE Program. This role involves implementing curriculum, managing attendance and transportation, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment that upholds the YMCA's core values. The position also includes supporting site directors with administrative tasks, health and safety standards, and family engagement initiatives.
