Young Adult Peer Mentor

JRI is seeking a Young Adult Peer Mentor to support youth and young adults with mental health diagnoses in improving their functioning within the home and community. The role involves empowering clients through psychoeducation, advocacy, and collaboration with clinicians and family partners to provide culturally competent, trauma-informed treatment. This position aims to help clients navigate state systems and avoid potential hospitalizations while fostering personal growth and success.
