The YourPace Academic Success Coach serves as the primary point of contact for students from matriculation through graduation, providing seamless, student-centered support across the entire enrollment and academic journey. This role combines proactive outreach, degree planning, and academic coaching to promote student persistence, retention, and success, particularly during the early stages of the student experience. The Coach supports students in navigating university policies, connecting them to resources, and developing the skills and confidence necessary for success in the YourPace learning model.
