Youth Activities Manager

The Youth Activities Manager leads the planning, execution, and growth of all youth programming and activities, ensuring programs are safe, engaging, organized, and aligned with the organization’s mission and standards. This role works collaboratively with Club leadership, committees, staff, and members to create high-quality experiences that support youth development, community connection, participation, and member engagement. The position involves overseeing youth programs, swim team support, staff leadership, and member experience initiatives.
