Youth Activity Worker

The Youth Activity Worker is a full-time, nonexempt position responsible for delivering age-appropriate programs and activities for children ages 6–12 within a school-based childcare setting. The role involves ensuring safe program implementation, maintaining compliance with state licensing requirements, and serving as a positive role model for youth. This position requires effective supervision of children, collaboration with parents and school staff, and adherence to the organization's core program areas and Youth Development Strategy.
