Youth Activity Worker

The Youth Activity Worker is a full-time, nonexempt position responsible for delivering age-appropriate programs and activities for children ages 6–12, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements, and maintaining a safe environment. The role involves direct supervision of youth, program development, community outreach, and serving as a positive role model within the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. This position may require floating to other sites within the region and includes a split shift schedule Monday through Friday.
