About this role
The Youth Advocacy Specialist at the International Rescue Committee delivers youth services for Sacramento Youth programs, including Elevate Youth and In-School Youth. The role partners with a Youth Leadership Council of mainly female Afghan youth to raise community awareness on substance prevention, women’s health, and mental wellness. The specialist also serves as a liaison between school-based and after-school programs to strengthen connections with schools, students, and community organizations.
