Youth Advocate I

The Youth Advocate I provides support and mentoring services to a caseload of students in the HWSC program, utilizing best practices to assist them in achieving positive academic outcomes and life skills. This role involves maintaining an active caseload, connecting students with tutoring and community resources, and developing individualized graduation plans. The position also requires facilitating evidence-based coursework, providing transportation, and ensuring students meet academic and attendance standards for post-secondary success.
