Youth Advocate II

The Youth Advocate II provides support and mentoring services to a caseload of youth in the HWSC program, utilizing best practices from education and youth development models to assist students in achieving positive academic outcomes, including high school graduation and post-secondary success. This role involves building strong relationships with school staff, families, and community resources to support student development and transition planning. The position also includes mentoring Youth Advocate I staff and facilitating evidence-based coursework and activities.
