Youth Advocate

The Youth Advocate provides crisis intervention, direct case management, and advocacy services to youth clients under the supervision of the YASS and Crisis Coordinator. This role involves responding to crises, maintaining ongoing case management, and facilitating youth development programming within a restorative and trauma-informed framework. The position requires working with adolescents at high risk for juvenile justice and child welfare system involvement.
