About this role
The Team Leader will provide leadership and operational oversight for the Townsville Youth Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Residential Rehabilitation Program, supporting a team of Youth Workers to deliver client-centred services. The role ensures the safety, wellbeing and development of young people while maintaining alignment with The Salvation Army’s policies, values and service model. It forms part of the service leadership team driving service excellence, best practice and continuous improvement.
