Youth Coach

Sender One is seeking enthusiastic Youth Coaches to help young climbers discover themselves and connect with others through climbing in a supportive team environment. The role involves leading recreational team practices, assisting with climbing camps, and fostering a lifelong love for the sport while ensuring safety and proper gym etiquette. Coaches will work with athletes of various ages and abilities, from recreational teams to competition squads, while maintaining strong communication with parents and team members.
