Youth Coordinator

The Youth Coordinator assesses and assists fathers in the Fathers' Support Center programs, developing individual self-sufficiency plans to help them become emotionally involved and financially responsible for their children. The role involves tailoring youth curricula, providing personal support and counseling, and presenting educational materials on social issues. The coordinator also serves as a liaison between youths, families, schools, and community resources to resolve issues and promote self-sufficiency.
